International transfers: the newsletter subscriber list is stored on servers located in the European Union (Netherlands). Some providers (Vercel, Resend and Google) are in the USA, so processing your data involves an international transfer. That transfer is covered by their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
